How we work
Four steps. The first one is a conversation.
- 1
Walkthrough
An intro call where you walk us through how the business runs.
We cover the systems you use today, including whatever still lives on paper or in spreadsheets. Then we walk one process from start to finish with you: who touches it, where it waits, and where the time goes.
We also ask what is off-limits: systems that must not change, data that must stay where it is, people who need to sign off.
You get: A clear picture of where the time goes, and an agreement on what we look at first.
- 2
Plan
We map what we heard and rank it.
Each process gets ranked by how much friction it causes and what fixing it is worth. The plan says what to change first, what to keep as it is, and what we would need from you to start, such as access or a few real samples.
The plan is written in plain language, in English or Spanish. You decide what moves forward.
You get: A written plan: what to change, what to keep, and what it should save.
- 3
Build
We build the first system, starting with the fix worth the most.
It runs inside the tools your team already uses, so nobody has to learn a new place to work. Before it touches live work, we test it on real samples and show you the results.
You get: A working system, tested on your own data.
- 4
Run and improve
We run it alongside your team and keep making it better.
We run the system on real work, measure what changed each month, and keep improving it. Then we take on the next item on the plan.
You get: Monthly results you can see, and the next system on the way.
Step one is a call.
Walk us through one process. We will tell you where we would start.
