The situation
A sales-heavy working day: a busy inbox, back-to-back meetings, follow-ups to track, prospects to research, and one-pagers to write. Most of it was necessary, and most of it was not the work that wins business.
What we built
A chief of staff that you talk to like a person. It hands work to seven specialist assistants: one for the inbox, meetings, and tasks; one that researches prospects; one that drafts outreach; one that studies which messages get answers; one that tracks who is due for a follow-up; a sales lead who coordinates them; and one that files their notes.
Every weekday before work starts, it reads the inbox and the meeting notes, files the tasks, drafts the replies, and leaves a briefing. Its second brain is a personal wiki built from meeting notes and transcripts, saved articles, outreach results, and market reports. Forty-eight saved memories hold every correction and standing rule, so it applies them the next time.
Two rules sit underneath everything: nothing is sent and nothing in a system of record changes without approval, and each system has exactly one assistant allowed to write to it.
What changed
We estimate about two and a half hours a day of inbox, research, and writing handled, roughly 30% of a workday. It has produced 88 prospect research packets so far.
